(MO-L1) Operation of ENGEL injection moulding machines level 1

Seminar objectives:
The participant masters the basic operation and setting of the clamping and injection unit of ENGEL injection moulding machines. He/she will be able to carry out simple set-up processes and production settings independently and effectively, taking into account the ENGEL-specific machine control system.

Seminar content:
• Set-up and operation of the machine control system
• Setting up and adjusting the clamping unit
• Set-up and adjustment of the injection unit
• Alarms and fault detection
• Reading the machine sequence
• Basic information iQ programmes (automated process monitoring)
• Practical exercises on the injection moulding machine
